At BY International, we ensure superior rice quality through advanced milling technology that covers every stage from paddy handling and pre-cleaning to storage and hulling.
Our multi-stage processing includes precision polishers, sorters, and automated packaging systems. Each step is designed to remove impurities, broken grains, and stones, ensuring only the finest, fully milled rice reaches our customers.
The rice milling journey begins with the paddy cleaning process, an essential step in producing high quality rice. Fresh paddy from farms often contains impurities such as weeds, mud, and small stones. Through advanced cleaning and hulling, all unwanted materials, husk layers, and empty grains are removed, ensuring only pure and healthy rice continues to the next stage.
After soaking and heating, the paddy becomes ready for husking. The husk is removed through controlled friction as grains rotate between two textured rollers moving at different speeds. Any remaining unhusked grains are reprocessed to ensure maximum husking efficiency achieving up to 96% consistency in grain quality and thickness.
The paddy separator efficiently separates unhusked grains to produce clean brown rice. It uses a scalper to filter out straw and an air aspirator to remove dust, light husks, and impurities. This step enhances processing efficiency and ensures smooth, precise milling throughout the production line.
In this stage, brown rice is transformed into white rice by removing the bran layer and germ. The grains pass through polishers that use controlled friction and varying speeds to achieve a smooth, bright finish. About 10% of the bran is removed, producing uniform, high-quality white rice with a natural shine.
During the grading stage, rice is carefully sorted by length and quality using advanced indented cylinder technology. As the grains rotate and lift within the cylinder, they are separated into precise sizes for consistency. Multiple grading phases ensure uniform, premium-quality long-grain rice ready for blending and final processing.
At the final stage, rice is packed using advanced mechanical weighing systems to ensure precise and consistent measurements. Eco-friendly packaging materials are used to meet modern environmental standards. Various packaging options including 2kg, 5kg, 10kg, and 20kg bags are available to suit different customer needs and markets.
